Online payments are processed by secure, RBI-regulated payment gateways. Shimti never sees or stores your card number, CVV or UPI PIN.
Payment failed but money was deducted? It is usually reversed automatically by your bank within 5–7 working days. If not, email support@shimti.in with the transaction reference.
